The upper of these Scarpa shoes is made of 3D Air Mesh, an extremely breathable material that will leave your foot always dry, with an external structure in heat-sealed PU film with increased thickness, which supports the arch. The result is an enveloping fit that completely avoids compression points and eliminates the risk of rubbing with the skin.
• CUSHIONING AND STABILITY IN THE FIRST PLACE. The Proton XT are equipped with a Genetic Max sole and midsole system, which involves the use of medium-density compressed EVA with low-density EVA inserts, for optimal shock absorption. The ergonomic structure connects the two ends of the shoe, ensuring anti-torsion. The Vibram Megagrip compound tread ensures traction and grip on all types of terrain.
