Ski Mountaineering Scott Speedguide 89

Superguide 89, versatile and stable skiing for your days of ski mountaineering

  • EXCELLENT FLEX AND TIGHTNESS. The Full-Length Wood Core of the Superguide 89 creates a more consistent slope of the ski and provides the skis with a homogeneous transition between the central part and the tip and tail. The result is excellent bending and torsional stiffness when needed.
  • STABILITY AND LIGHTNESS IN THE FIRST PLACE. The 3D Sidecut of these Scott skis combines a toe and tail with a central flat line or a small amount of Sidecut under the foot. The tip and tail spokes allow for a smooth and easy corner entry, while the flat line provides stability, power and precise edge hold. All while keeping the weight of the ski relatively low.
  • AGILITY AND VERSATILITY. The Superguide 89 are equipped with Pro-Tip Rocker, which sees the combination of a progressive shape with a greater height of the tip and beam. The result is a versatile ski with fun but also indulgent driving, which is agile and stable even in fresh snow.
