Returns and Refunds
Bottero Ski recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation . The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days. Return procedures are quick and easy . You can return articles in the following ways:

If an item purchased is not to your liking, you can send it to us by courier or post office at the address Via Genova, 40 - 12015 Limone Piemonte (CN). If you prefer, you can entrust Bottero Ski with the management of the return shipment at a cost of 10 euros for all items except for bikes whose cost is 20 euros (as required by the conditions of sale. Option valid only for returns made by Italy).
Once the package has been received at our warehouses, the staff will check the complete integrity of the item, before making the refund depending on the payment method chosen by the customer in the order. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the items .

If an item purchased does not comply with the presentation on the site or is defective, with the prior authorization of Bottero Ski, the courier will organize the free pick-up.
Bottero Ski allows the exchange of purchased goods without additional transport costs under the following conditions :
- The goods must not be broken / damaged and in any case must not show signs of wear caused by use.
- In the case of material provided with special packaging (envelope / box etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.
- In the case of food products (bottles, jars, bags, etc.) they must not have been opened.
- No more than 30 days must have elapsed from the date of receipt of the goods.
- Items must be shipped in a packing box (if possible the one used for shipping) or protective bag at the address Via Genova, 40 - 12015 Limone Piemonte (CN).
NB . To return the product, you must have kept the original packaging intact and have not cut or broken any packaging plastics and labels. If these points are not respected we cannot accept the return. It is not possible to return the skis with the bindings when it is necessary to drill the skis and customized items for the assembly of the same.
Once the authorization has been confirmed, you will receive the pre-filled form to be affixed to the package and the conditions of collection by our courier. In the event of a defect or non-compliant product, the transport costs are entirely borne by Bottero Ski. Otherwise, they will not be refunded.
Shipments freight collect or without the reference of the Bottero Ski authorization will not be accepted.
If for extraordinary reasons, at the time of receipt of the order, one or more items are not available, Bottero Ski will contact the customer by telephone within 2 days of receiving the order, informing him of any longer waiting times to find the desired item, and / or will propose to the customer one or more items that, in terms of quality / price ratio, are equivalent to those ordered. If the customer is not satisfied with the proposals received, we will cancel the order with immediate refund in case of advance payment.
Shipping and timing
Botteroski ships all over the world. For most European countries we offer flat rates and set delivery times.
For non-EU countries not on the list it is necessary to request a cost estimate by writing to assistenza@botteroski.com and indicating the items to be ordered, the destination city and the postcode.
NB. Cash on delivery is NOT accepted for foreign orders.
Bottero Ski uses the best technologies and the most advanced systems to guarantee its customers fast shipments and a reliable service .
Transport costs in Italy are free for purchases over 50 euros .
For lower amounts the cost is € 5.90 for Italy and € 15.00 for European countries, with the exception of:
- Spain and Portugal € 18
- Slovenia, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Principality of Monaco € 35
- United Kingdom € 35
Shipping costs for bicycles are always free throughout Italy.
Shipments of goods to non-EU countries are to be understood as inclusive of VAT.
Any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the recipient and must be paid when the goods are delivered . Bottero Ski srl has no control over these procedures and cannot estimate customs duties and charges and / or import taxes. **For no reason Bottero Ski srl will therefore reimburse these expenses.
In case of non-delivery due to refusal of payment, only the value of the goods will be refunded and not the shipping costs.
Our company works with the best Italian and foreign couriers: GLS - DHL - BRT.
Received the orders and verified the availability of the article and the confirmation of the payment, we deliver the package to the courier in the following 24/48 working hours. The choice of the courier is made automatically by our systems, evaluating the best parameters of transport speed and safety .
From the moment the order is entrusted to the courier, delivery times are generally 24/48 working hours in Italy, 72 on the islands, 3-5 working days in Europe.
As for the bikes, delivery times are 2/5 working days in Italy and 5/7 abroad.
- That the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package.
- That the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the transport documents corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.
NB Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier who must provide the possibility to sign the delivery slip “with reserve” in order to allow us, in the event of non-conformity of the goods, to open an insurance file. In the absence of this, the product is considered delivered correctly; all documents contained in the special pocket applied to the outside of the package must be kept. The courier is required to deliver the package only after signing the delivery slip.
Terms of payment
During the purchase process from botteroski.com you can choose between the following payment methods:
Credit card: we accept all credit cards belonging to the VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO circuits. The amount is withdrawn when the transaction is concluded and at the same time an automatic notification e-mail is sent to the customer's e-mail address. In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
Paypal: you will be directed to the secure PayPal page. You can then complete the payment directly from your PayPal account. The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Cash on delivery: upon receipt of the goods, directly to the Express Courier who makes the delivery. Orders containing items with personalization such as prints, embroidery, etc. are excluded from cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is optional for orders with a maximum amount of € 1999.99 and is only available for orders in Italy.
Bank transfer: At the end of the purchase process an order summary email will be sent containing the information to make the bank transfer. It is necessary to make the transfer and send a copy of the accounting within 2-3 working days to the email address ordini@botteroski.com, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled after 7 days. The time for the credit depends on your bank and it can take up to 5 working days for it to happen. The goods will be shipped upon receipt of the credit of the payment on the current account indicated in the order summary email. Scalapay : in 3 interest-free installments, with this option you can pay by credit card. Once your order is completed you will be prompted to create a Scalapay account, it will take a couple of minutes. Once the payment has been made, it will be divided into 3 interest-free installments : first installment charged at the end of the order, second installment due after 4 weeks, third installment due after 8 weeks. The maximum amount that can be paid in installments is € 999.99.

Mounting skis and bikes and customizations
When purchasing skis and bindings online, Bottero Ski offers a free assembly service . It is sufficient, during the purchase phase, to enter the following data:
- Boot size in mm
- Weight
- Skier level (Beginner, Intermediate, Expert, Agonist)
Our skimen experts will personally take care of the assembly of skis and bindings for free before shipping the product to your home.
The assembly of all other sports equipment is the responsibility of the customer. For public / private bodies, associations and sports clubs that intend to request, in addition to the supply, also the assembly of tools, it is necessary to send to assistenza@botteroski.it or to make a request for a quote by phone at +39 017192275 indicating all the data of the reference area (address, postcode, type of facility, delivery plan).
Quality assurance
The Bottero Ski company is an authorized dealer of all the brands and products present in its stores and online shop. Each product sold by New Bottero Ski srl to a "consumer" buyer is supported by the legal guarantee on consumer goods , which covers conformity defects that appear within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) in Articles 128-135 provides for the obligation for the seller to guarantee consumers the conformity of the purchased goods with the characteristics and qualities offered. The seller is therefore responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods for all products sold in its stores.
The lack of conformity exists when the product:
- it is not suitable for the use to which it must normally be used;
- does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities presented by the seller;
- it does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type;
- it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer, if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.
The Legal Guarantee exclusively protects the "consumer", that is the natural person who, having purchased a product, acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out and therefore does not apply to products purchased with invoice and P. VAT from professionals and businesses.
The legal guarantee has a duration of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods, regardless of the existence of any other guarantees issued by the manufacturer and their duration. The lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee that occurs within this period must in any case be reported by the consumer within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the good or with the nature of the lack of conformity.
In the event of a lack of conformity duly reported within the terms, the consumer has the right to have the seller restored, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. In particular, the consumer has the right:
- to repair or replace the goods, at his choice, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other;
- the remedy requested is "excessively burdensome" when it imposes unreasonable costs on the seller compared to the alternatives, taking into consideration the value of the intact good, the extent of the defect and the possibility of resorting to alternative remedies without significant inconvenience for the consumer;
- in the alternative (where the first two remedies are impossible or excessively burdensome, or have not been carried out within reasonable terms, or previous repairs or replacements have caused significant inconvenience to the consumer), to request a reduction in the price or the termination of the contract.
The consumer can assert his rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity by contacting the seller of the goods directly - that is New Bottero Ski Srl.
n addition to the Legal Guarantee of Conformity to which the seller is directly required, the goods can also be covered by a "conventional manufacturer's guarantee", which is precisely the manufacturer's autonomous commitment, assumed towards the customer, to replace, repair , or otherwise intervene on the good, if it does not correspond to the conditions set out in the warranty declaration.The manufacturer's conventional warranty, whether paid or free, does not replace or limit the Legal Guarantee of Conformity described above, for which the customer can choose whether to use one or the other; this conventional warranty may have a different duration and extension than the Legal Compliance Warranty, as specified in the instruction booklet of the individual product purchased.
